Potentially life-changing medication for patients with no options | A Current Affair

Last night, Alterity Therapeutics and the Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) community were featured on A Current Affair, helping bring national attention to a devastating neurodegenerative disease that currently has no approved disease-modifying treatment.

The segment highlighted the profound impact MSA has on patients and families, while reinforcing the need for greater awareness, continued research and new treatment options.

The coverage comes at an important time for Alterity, following positive Phase 2 results and recent FDA alignment on the design of our planned Phase 3 program for ATH434. With agreement on key elements of the proposed study, including the patient population, dose, treatment duration and primary endpoint, the Company remains on track to commence Phase 3 trial activities by year-end.
